Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical direction and oversight to assigned engineering teams
  • Ensure that all engineering teams adhere to sound engineering processes and company policies
  • Support program reviews and assist in resolving program engineering challenges
  • Coordinate across programs and functions for common efficiencies and operational gains
  • Make decisions that impact the organization's operations and services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 8 years of related technical experience
  • Master's degree in a STEM field and 6 years of related technical experience, or PhD in a STEM field
  • Active DoD Secret clearance and ability to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR)
  • Experience as a SME, Technical lead, IPT Lead, Chief Engineer, or other engineering leadership role
  • Experience with development programs, communication systems, networks, and architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience directly managing or leading engineering teams
  • Experience in Root Cause Investigation & Corrective Action Development
  • Experience with Quality Assurance, Configuration and Data Management
  • Experience managing external suppliers
  • Experience in conducting trade studies

  • Competitive salary range: $133,000 - $199,600
