Job Description

Introduction

ASML US, a leading manufacturer of lithography machines, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Supplier Manager to join our team. As a Technical Supplier Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal engineering collaboration during New Product Introductions (NPI).

Key Responsibilities

  • Align NPI processes at supplier with ASML's NPI process
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers
  • Drive technical supplier maturity and improve technical capability
  • Participate in supplier audits and follow up on non-conformities
  • Identify T-capabilities/gaps on NPI and drive agreement of action plans
  • Define, monitor, and improve Improvement Plans (IPs) with suppliers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field
  • 10 years of progressive experience in supplier management in a high-tech, international manufacturing environment
  • Manufacturing and NPI experience in technical areas such as PVD/CVD, 3D printing, or glass fiber drawing
  • Relevant work experience in quality systems and methodologies, including Green or Black Belt/Lean Six Sigma

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to initiate, influence, and steer without formal authority
