Job Title: Patient Service Representative/Aide

Job Summary:

The Patient Service Representative/Aide is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced medical office environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Office Operations: Greet patients, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Scheduling and Registration: Schedule appointments, register patients, and update patient information in our electronic health record system.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, manage patient accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with daily office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Experience: One year of administrative experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
