Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Wildlife Technician to join our team. As a Wildlife Technician, you will be responsible for identifying, removing, preventing, or repairing damage caused by wildlife. Your primary focus will be on providing uncompromised service to our residential and commercial customers through exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife.
Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth inspections of customer homes to identify the source of wildlife-related issues
- Determine the best solution to address the issue and explain it to the customer
- Collect payment due and propose additional services that would benefit the customer
- Run and schedule your own services, demonstrating independence and accountability
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
- Able to pass internal technical exams
- Possess a current Driver's License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Present a professional appearance, including wearing an approved Arrow uniform
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
- Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
