Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with production supervisors to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs for production staff.
  • Monitor and report on production metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as manufacturing, engineering, or quality control.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
  • Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
