Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to patients, staff, and visitors in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe food service environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety regulations.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Food Service Supervisor and Director of Food Service to ensure compliance with all food service regulations and standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the food service department.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, with occasional bending and stooping.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
