We are looking for a committed individual to fill the role of Marketing Brand Coordinator within our vibrant sales and promotional marketing team. In this position, you will be instrumental in assisting us in achieving both company and client goals by working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop captivating campaigns and initiatives designed to attract consumers and enhance client profitability. Our extensive training program encompasses vital marketing and sales principles, understanding client needs, managing leads, reporting, and small-scale management, with numerous opportunities for advancement to larger responsibilities.

Positioned at the forefront of brand visibility, our marketing team is dedicated to increasing market share for all brands. We are in search of a motivated Promotional Marketing Associate to collaborate with the marketing department in organizing campaigns and formulating strategies that will significantly influence company sales. The Marketing Associate is pivotal in fulfilling the Marketing Department's objectives and contributing to the company's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones
  • Work alongside the marketing and sales team to elevate our clients through the creation and presentation of engaging materials
  • Develop a variety of marketing and sales strategies while fostering relationships with prospective customers
  • Keep abreast of the latest product trends and insights to inspire innovative campaign ideas
  • Support the marketing and sales team in enhancing sales strategies through data analysis and tailored consumer approaches

Qualifications for a Marketing Brand Coordinator:

  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales is preferred
  • Strong emphasis on teamwork and collaborative efforts
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying solutions
  • Possess a learner's mindset by welcoming feedback and implementing improvements
  • Exhibit initiative by independently planning and executing projects from inception to completion
