Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector

The Quality Assurance Inspector is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products. This position involves performing inbound inspections of all purchased materials, both food and non-food, to verify compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming materials to identify any defects or non-conformities
  • Document and control instances of product non-conformance, collaborating with various departments to resolve these issues
  • Maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies
  • Assist with Quality Assurance at Bakery and Cheese Operations, including cross-functional training and support during peak operations
  • Manage the timely and accurate movement of products through the Warehouse Management System, handling inspections, rejections, and system holds
  • Ensure a safe work environment by complying with safety standards, enforcing company regulations, and monitoring unsafe conditions
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • Exceptional teamwork and diplomacy skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately
