Role Overview:

As a Restaurant Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction by managing restaurant activities and guiding team members during your shifts.

You will hold full responsibility for restaurant operations in the absence of upper management.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding service to enhance guest satisfaction
Support management in training and mentoring team members
Utilize AES systems to maintain efficient restaurant operations
Implement financial controls, particularly regarding cash and inventory
Establish and achieve operational goals related to service and financial performance

In your role as Restaurant Operations Supervisor, you will collaborate with the General and Assistant Manager to drive performance in key areas such as:

Guest Satisfaction
Customer Service Excellence
Service Speed
Quality Assurance
Workplace Safety

By leveraging all available systems and tools, including the Systems Board and RTI Task Lists, you will adhere to all relevant regulations, employment laws, food safety standards, and operational policies while implementing necessary financial controls.

Qualifications:
Must possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Ability to perform physical motions such as twisting, pulling, and reaching
