Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at ARBY'S - 6137, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers have a positive and inviting experience by providing positive feedback and setting goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining adequate staffing levels, interviewing, and hiring new team members. Additionally, you will ensure the restaurant remains clean and provides a safe environment by utilizing maintenance and food safety guidelines. Your role will also involve assisting in restaurant operations management, including inventory control and record keeping. You will be expected to be adaptable to a variety of situations to support your team's abilities and knowledge to handle their roles in meeting customer needs. You will also be responsible for providing coaching, training, and positive feedback to your team in developing their professional and personal skills to take on new challenges. You will make positive and inspiring relationships with customers and coworkers to fulfill yours and their quality of life. You will need to display strong, excellent, and effective people-oriented relationship skills. You will also need to be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs, and use your hands to prepare the meatiest sandwiches. You will need to display drive, determination, punctuality, and maintain responsibility in working scheduled shifts. You will also need to have experience leading a diverse team in a restaurant capacity, preferred. You will need to have an adequate driving record, including a valid driver's license and insurance. You will need to be able to work flexible hours and work independently as well with a variety of personalities. You will need to have a background check completed satisfactorily and be at least 18 years old. You will need to be able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be part of a team that is EOE, based on eligibility.
