Facility Care Services Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Care Services Director to lead our team at Colonial Parking Inc. As the leader of our Facility Care Management team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and administration of this department. You will demonstrate effective personnel leadership skills, utilize a highly organized approach to the daily mobilization of the FC workforce, pre-scheduling of activities for each month, and ensure timely completion of reoccurring client site services and one-off services as requested.
This role is expected to regularly interact and communicate effectively with Operations personnel concerning the coordination of site services that occur both during regular business hours and after hours. You will be responsible for producing the administrative reporting required to inform corporate as to the productivity of this department, where revenue capture and tracking and the control of expenses are evidenced.
