About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Reporting Specialist to join our Americas Tax Reporting team in New York. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Americas businesses by preparing forecasts of taxable income and effective tax rates, and assisting in the analysis of earnings on dividend and repatriation of entities in the Americas group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare corporate, federal, and state income tax returns (annual, quarterly, extensions), tax provisions, effective tax rate calculations, taxable income and deferred tax computations.
  • Prepare test tax basis computations based on a balance sheet approach for book/tax differences of entities within the Americas Region.
  • Prepare tax payable and tax receivables reconciliations for cash flow and Foreign Exchange hedging purposes.
  • Assess potential impact of changes in organizations from a tax compliance and accounting perspective.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting and/or finance.
  • Masters in Tax and/or CPA.
  • Minimum of three to five years working in Financial Services or in an Accounting Firm.
