Job Summary

As a Relationship Banker - Financial Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs and provide them with personalized solutions.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients and the bank.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience by providing exceptional service and ensuring that clients' needs are met.
  • Manage cash responsibilities and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and committed to building strong relationships.
  • Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to meet clients' needs.
  • Efficient time management and capacity to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or extended hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
  • Demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
