- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: Salary range: $36,580 - $43,380 per year.
- Incentive Pay: Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
