Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals, and offering personalized solutions to meet those needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Regions Bank's products and services, and educate customers on the benefits and features of these products.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of banking, cash-handling, and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in basic computer skills.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay: Salary range: $36,580 - $43,380 per year.
  • Incentive Pay: Eligible for incentive pay based on performance.
