Key Responsibilities:

As a Lead AI Solutions Architect, you will become a vital member of a Data & AI team dedicated to revolutionizing our global financial ecosystem and enhancing the quality of our offerings to clients. This team will utilize state-of-the-art AI and ML methodologies to create solutions for automated document processing and customer service chatbots. In this capacity, you are expected to:

  • Exhibit comprehensive expertise to develop optimal solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies, with a strong emphasis on privacy, security, and fairness.
  • Demonstrate robust engineering capabilities to structure AI outputs in JSON or array, HTML formats for seamless integration and visualization on dashboards and portals.
  • Create scalable API integrations with rapid development cycles to extract data from various sources, integrate with advanced AI models, derive insights, and present them in user-friendly, high-performance dashboards.
  • Design solutions that adhere to responsible AI principles.
  • Envision solution outcomes that address business challenges, providing actionable insights and crafting feasible solutions to achieve desired results.
  • Comprehend how AI interprets datasets and leverage that understanding to formulate prompts that yield expected results.
  • Develop and sustain AI pipelines, encompassing data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation.
  • Produce clear and concise documentation, including technical specifications and code-ready templates, to convey complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Establish best practices and standards for generative AI development within the organization.
  • Prioritize speed to market, ensuring that products and services reach stakeholders promptly, while fostering a collaborative and positive working relationship with teams across the technology organization and the broader business. Creative problem-solving skills aimed at reducing turnaround times are essential and highly valued in this role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in deploying enterprise systems in production environments for AI and natural language processing.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience in designing scalable software systems for classification, text extraction/summary, and data connectors for various formats (e.g., PDF, CSV, DOC).
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing Generative AI technologies, including transformers, LLMs, and deep learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) tools and techniques, such as SpaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face, LangChain, and/or Llama Index.
  • Experience with information storage and retrieval using vector databases.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms and services.
  • Familiarity with Jupyter notebooks and data visualization tools and libraries.
