KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver exceptional and friendly customer service.

- Welcome customers to Dollar Loan Center with a positive demeanor.

- Educate potential clients about the advantages of our services.

- Ensure customer applications are complete and accurate.

- Process loan applications efficiently.

- Update existing customers on new and current benefits available.

- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance retention.

- Collaborate with local businesses to generate referrals.

- Manage multiple customer inquiries during busy periods.

- Handle cash transactions accurately.

- Respond to inquiries regarding customer accounts.

- Maintain a clean and safe office environment for both customers and colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proficient in computer use.

- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

- Positive and proactive attitude.

- Strong work ethic and dedication.

- Eagerness to learn and grow.

- Reliable transportation.

- Familiarity with basic office equipment.

- Bilingual in Spanish and English is advantageous, but not mandatory.
