About the Role
AmeriQual Foods is seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Manufacturing Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to our manufacturing staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for manufacturing staff, focusing on skills development and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop training solutions.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to support staff development.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Entry-level to skilled manufacturing experience, with a focus on training and development.
- Fluently bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to translate and train non-English speaking team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and can-do mentality.
Physical Requirements
The successful candidate will be required to frequently visit the production floor, working in standard seasonal warehouse and food processing plant temperature conditions. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and operate standard office equipment is also required.
What We Offer
- Competitive wages starting at $17.37 up to $21.50, plus a $2.00 per hour training premium.
- First, second, and third shift openings, with shift premium for second and third shifts.
