Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in housekeeping supervisory role in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of operational controls, budgeting, forecasting, and scheduling.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds without restrictions.
  • Spanish speaking preferred, other languages very helpful.
