Position Overview:

Your Role:

As a pivotal figure in systems engineering, you will tackle intricate challenges and influence the Army's future by steering acquisition processes, engineering initiatives, and modification programs. Your clients will rely on your ability to not only design and develop systems but also to enhance them with cutting-edge technological advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in electrical engineering principles, tools, and methodologies
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, including Material Solution Analysis, Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction, Engineering and Manufacturing Development, Production, Fielding, or Sustainment
  • Expertise in risk management, encompassing risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies
  • Possession of a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, Physics, or Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting engineering reviews such as System Requirements Reviews, System Functional Reviews, Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Production Readiness Reviews, and Physical Configuration Audits
  • Understanding of System of Systems Integration
  • Master's degree in Engineering

Clearance Requirements:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

Salary at Booz Allen is influenced by various factors, including location, individual qualifications, skills, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational needs. The anticipated compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 annually. This range reflects the typical salary for this role and is part of Booz Allen's overall compensation package.

Work Environment:

Our people-first culture emphasizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. Depending on the position's designation, you may work from a Booz Allen or client site facility as needed.
