As a pivotal figure in systems engineering, we seek your skills to tackle intricate challenges and influence the Army's future through leading acquisition strategies, systems engineering projects, and program modifications. Your clients will rely on you not only for system design and development but also for the integration of cutting-edge technological advancements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proficient in electrical engineering principles, tools, and practices
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, including Material Solution Analysis, Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction, Engineering and Manufacturing Development, Production, Fielding, and Sustainment
  • Strong understanding of risk management, encompassing risk identification, evaluation, and mitigation
  • Possession of a Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Cybersecurity, Physics, or Information Technology

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with engineering evaluations, such as System Requirements Reviews, System Functional Reviews, Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Production Readiness Reviews, and Physical Configuration Audits
  • Insight into System of Systems Integration
  • Master's degree in Engineering

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information; a Secret clearance is mandatory.

This range represents the typical salary for this position and is one component of Booz Allen's overall compensation package.

Work Environment:

Our culture prioritizes flexibility and collaboration, whether in-person or remote. If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site. If onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as necessary for the role.
