Abacus Technology Corporation is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for various systems and releases of different complexity levels. This is a full-time position for a dedicated individual who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and network connectivity issues.

- Ensure timely resolution of reported problems and escalate as needed.

- Communicate effectively with customers, engineering teams, and IT support groups.

- Troubleshoot and resolve assigned issues through the call-tracking system.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support.

- High school diploma or GED required.

- Must possess Security+ certification.

- Proficiency in MS Windows, Microsoft Office, and other desktop applications.

- Strong customer service skills.

- US citizenship and current Secret clearance.

Applicants selected will undergo a U.S. government security investigation. Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
