The Healthcare Operations Manager leads the overall functioning of the facility and plays a key role in the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership in daily operations of the facility.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and surgical center administrators to optimize scheduling and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Assist in formulating, planning, and executing business strategies for the clinic.
  • Develop and manage departmental metrics and business initiatives.
  • Work with the leadership team to recommend, design, and implement operational improvements.
  • Communicate relevant trends, challenges, and medical activities to the leadership team to support informed policy decisions.
  • Establish and oversee clinic objectives, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the overall business and operational functions of the clinic in collaboration with the leadership team.
  • Ensure all services are delivered professionally, promoting patient satisfaction and effective patient flow.
  • Address patient concerns and ensure timely and appropriate follow-up.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, supervision, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure the maintenance of clinic facilities, computer systems, and software.
  • Assist in managing the credentialing process for healthcare providers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is required.
  • Familiarity with accreditation and certification standards.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a standalone medical practice setting is preferred.
