Position Overview: The Integration Systems Specialist will oversee and manage all aspects related to the incorporation of franchise data and systems into the broader organizational frameworks. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective integration of user applications and systems essential for seamless organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage the integration of new applications into the existing network infrastructure and software systems.
  • Support capacity planning and contribute to the development of long-term strategic objectives for systems and software in collaboration with end-users and department leaders.
  • Ensure that new software integrations comply with functional requirements, data privacy, and system specifications.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of existing systems, developing strategies for improvement.
  • Research and recommend hardware, software, and integration products to support procurement and development initiatives.
  • Evaluate and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing systems across the enterprise.
  • Address incoming support tickets and assist users in resolving application and software issues.
  • Enhance business processes through effective integration while minimizing disruptions.
  • Interpret and analyze data, providing ongoing reports to stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough testing of modified and new systems, including end-user reviews.
  • Communicate system issues to key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.
  • Monitor system performance and maintain logs as necessary.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in systems integration.
  • Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of current network standards.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and database administration.
  • Experience with relational database servers.
  • Solid understanding of system testing and software quality assurance practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in report writing and data presentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with optical systems (AcuityLogic and VisionWeb).
  • Familiarity with franchise operations.
