Reason for Position: This role is essential for supporting franchise system administration needs for our client's upcoming product launches and addressing system architecture challenges that require resolution.

Compensation: $30 to $34 per hour

GENERAL FUNCTION:

The Systems Integration Analyst is tasked with orchestrating, coordinating, and overseeing all activities associated with the amalgamation of franchise data and systems into the organizational information frameworks. This individual will be responsible for orchestrating the processes necessary for delivering user applications and systems vital for cohesive organizational operations. Daily responsibilities will include managing franchise applications and systems, as well as overseeing data transfer, integration, storage, and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee the integration of new applications into the existing network infrastructure and software across the organization.
  • Engage in capacity planning and contribute to the development of long-term strategic objectives for systems and software in collaboration with end-users and department heads.
  • Ensure that any new software integrated into the organizational systems adheres to functional requirements, compliance standards, data privacy, and other specifications.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of current systems while developing testing strategies for enhancement.
  • Research and recommend client/server hardware, software, and integration products to support procurement and development initiatives.
  • Evaluate, install, configure, and deploy new applications and system software across the enterprise.
  • Analyze documentation and technical specifications of new applications to ascertain their intended functionality.
  • Address incoming problem tickets and assist end users in resolving application and software issues.
  • Work to enhance business processes through integration while minimizing any negative impacts.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical methods, and provide ongoing reports.
  • Assess the effectiveness of existing systems and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Coordinate and conduct thorough testing, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
  • Communicate application issues to key stakeholders, including management and end users.
  • Monitor, test, and optimize system performance; maintain system log files as required.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in systems integration.
  • Hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of current network hardware and standards.
  • Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, firewall management, and database administration.
  • Working experience with relational database servers.
  • Solid understanding of system testing and software quality assurance best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large volumes of information accurately.
  • Proficient in queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
  • Knowledge of best practices in IT operations.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with optical systems (AcuityLogic and VisionWeb).
  • Experience in franchise operations.
