Position Overview:
The Salesforce Pardot Administrator will play a crucial role in enhancing marketing automation strategies and driving campaign success. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with various internal teams to ensure alignment and clarity on Pardot functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify Pardot requirements.
- Oversee ongoing marketing initiatives and manage comprehensive reporting and analytics.
- Utilize Pardot features such as content personalization and automation to enhance user engagement.
- Configure Pardot business units, user profiles, and permissions to optimize performance.
- Analyze and plan integrated Pardot campaigns, making adjustments based on performance metrics.
- Lead end-to-end Pardot implementations, adhering to industry best practices.
- Employ strategic thinking while managing technical configurations within Pardot.
- Drive change management initiatives to promote Pardot adoption among end-users.
Technical Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Pardot administration.
- Proficient in Salesforce APIs and integrations.
- Possession of Salesforce and Pardot certifications.
- Expertise in data sharing and connectors between Pardot and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills in Pardot and Salesforce reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce CMS and custom domains.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Process Builder and Flows.
Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. An MBA is preferred.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory).
- Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification (highly preferred).
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred).
