Job Title: Workday Integration Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Specialist to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a Workday Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and executing compensation plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will also perform system assessments to ensure accuracy in compensation processes and troubleshoot issues. Additionally, you will oversee the setup, configuration, and testing of year-end compensation events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and execute compensation plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Perform system assessments to ensure accuracy in compensation processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to compensation processes.
  • Oversee the setup, configuration, and testing of year-end compensation events.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Workday HCM.
  • Expertise in configuring merit, bonus, and equity plans within Workday.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to address complex compensation-related issues.
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM basics, inbound and outbound vendor integrations for ongoing administration, payroll close cycles, and special projects such as the Annual Open Enrollment cycle.

  • Creates work estimates for small to large bodies of work.
