Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
  • Must be able to conduct foot patrols throughout shift, including stairs
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable conducting access control duties
  • Must have excellent de-escalation skills
  • Montana state endorsed security guard license is a plus
  • Must meet and continue to meet any and all State/Federal Guard Card Licensing standards and background requirements
  • Must have a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements
