Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and select the suitable assessment tools for learners, ensuring all necessary components are completed for timely review by the client's funding source.
  • Conduct assessments, including but not limited to VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports such as functional behavior assessments, individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention strategies, and discharge summaries.
  • Implement behavioral skills training to equip direct care staff with essential skills for the client's program. Regularly monitor progress through visual analysis and adjust programs as necessary.
