We are seeking a highly skilled Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Belmont Behavioral Hospital, part of the Acadia Healthcare network. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in our STAR (Specialized Treatment for Autism and Related Disorders) program, providing expert behavioral analysis and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for patients with autism and related disorders
- Conduct behavioral assessments and analyze data to inform treatment decisions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Provide training and education to patients, families, and staff on behavioral analysis and support strategies
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Experience working with patients with autism and related disorders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
