Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled Desktop Engineer - Enterprise Environment to join our team at VDart Inc. This role involves providing end-user IT desktop support services, laptop and desktop support for Windows devices, and ensuring proper ticket communication protocol. The ideal candidate should have experience with remote assistance tools, Active Directory, Citrix, VPN, LAN, and WAN, and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Travel required across multiple sites – Mileage will be reimbursed
- Extended Shift Hours – Can be recorded in the timesheet and paid

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in desktop, laptop, and smartphones troubleshooting
- Experience with Android and Apple iOS support
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
