About the Position

This Enterprise IT Engineer role requires a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in desktop, laptop, and smartphone troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and knowledge of remote assistance tools, Active Directory, Citrix, VPN, LAN, and WAN.

The successful candidate will provide in-person corporate office and clinic onsite support for end-user IT desktop services. This includes software installations, data migrations, and hardware upgrades or installations. You will also be responsible for coordinating with internal IT resources and external vendors as needed.

As an Enterprise IT Engineer, you will consistently exhibit behavior and communication skills that demonstrate commitment to superior customer service. This includes quality, care, and concern with each and every internal and external customer.

Responsibilities
  • Provide laptop and desktop support for Windows devices, including software installations and end-user data migrations.
  • Coordinate with internal IT resources and external vendors as needed on small-scale application and hardware upgrades or installations.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.
