We are seeking a highly skilled IT Desktop/Field Service Engineer to join our team at VDart Inc, a leading global provider of digital solutions and products. As an IT Desktop/Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing expert-level IT support services to our clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide laptop and desktop support, including software installations and end-user data migrations
  • Travel to multiple sites, including corporate offices and clinics
  • Resolve technical issues related to Windows devices, Active Directory, Citrix, VPN, LAN, and WAN
  • Coordinate with other technical teams to resolve issues and ensure timely resolution

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in desktop, laptop, and smartphone troubleshooting, as well as knowledge of remote assistance tools, Active Directory, Citrix, VPN, LAN, and WAN. They should also possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
