Job Overview

L-Soft International, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, renewing maintenance and support agreements, handling sales administration, and driving customer satisfaction and growth through digital interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with existing customers throughout the sales cycle via various channels (email, calls, online meetings).
  • Maintain a schedule of customer renewals and establish proactive contacts for upselling add-on products and services that benefit customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchasing contacts by keeping them updated on the latest services, tech tips, and other email resources.
  • Conduct proactive outreach to identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns, cold calling, and social selling.
  • Drive new business growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of L-Soft offerings and closing deals.
  • Manage and prioritize a pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of progress.
  • Enter client data and other sales data for clients into the company database (Oracle, sales support systems).
Requirements
  • More than 1 year of sales experience, preferably in IT services industry.
  • Strong prospecting, discovery, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborative team player with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for innovative technology solutions.
  • Self-reliant, adaptable, and decisive with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
