ERP Applications Manager Job Description

This is a remote position that requires occasional on-site meetings. The salary range is $100,000 - $150,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Management: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Acumatica ERP systems to meet the needs of our manufacturing and supply chain operations.
  • User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption and usage of the ERP system across departments.
  • Project Management: Lead ERP implementation and upgrade projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current workflows and recommend enhancements to leverage Acumatica's features for improved efficiency and productivity.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system; oversee data migrations and integrations with other software solutions.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking across the organization.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure that the ERP system adheres to industry regulations and company policies, particularly in relation to cannabis manufacturing standards.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with Acumatica and third-party vendors for system support, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of ERP specialists and collaborate with IT to align ERP strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing ERP systems, particularly Acumatica, in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of cannabis industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management experience with a focus on ERP implementation and upgrades.
  • Familiarity with data migration, system integrations, and reporting tools.
