Job Title: Associate Director for ERP Systems Production
Job Summary:
The Associate Director for ERP Systems Production will lead a fundamental restructuring of the production unit, responsible for configuring, scripting, testing, scheduling, and maintaining several hundred term-based batch workflows for the Extension and Summer Schools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the review and restructuring of existing business processes, ensuring selected solutions align with business objectives.
- Defines system and service requirements, performs gap analysis, and identifies ways to fully leverage baseline functionality of current ERP platforms.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to translate business and service needs into clear system requirements.
- Leads change management to ensure users understand new systems and processes during system transitions.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for Automic Application Manager platform, working with and training staff to design, build, and maintain production schedules.
- Manages two Operation Specialist staff, including hiring, performance review, training, coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
- Oversees all aspects of scheduled daily production operations, including reviews of batch processing and identification and resolution of any issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of seven years' post-secondary education or relevant work experience.
- Supervisory experience.
