We are seeking a highly skilled Detailer and Design Coordinator to join our team in Richmond. This individual will be responsible for coordinating design, providing detailing, and executing our prefabricated light gauge structural systems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to navigate multiple design software programs to produce various building assemblies and fabrication details.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate design and detailing for construction projects
  • Produce accurate and detailed drawings using AutoCAD and other design software
  • Collaborate with design professionals, owners, and developers to ensure project success
  • Assist with estimating, preconstruction, and project management tasks
  • Generate shop drawings for in-house and subcontracted fabrications
  • Experience with BIM software and analytical software for model evaluation and coordination
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a construction-related field
  • Associate's degree in Construction or related field
  • Valid Driver's License Required
