Based in our New York office, you will manage processes from initiation to completion for both internal and client-focused projects.

This is a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional teams within the Client's Division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the preparation, shipment, and tracking of fragrance samples for clients, ensuring accurate records and timelines are maintained.
  • Assist the sales team in managing client requests and internal projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with marketing, fragrance development, and operations teams to align on project timelines and maintain smooth communication.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining sales documents.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, handling inquiries and providing product information to support sales efforts.
  • Schedule and coordinate sales team meetings, including arranging catering, organizing inventory, and preparing the room.
  • Maintain and update internal databases through data entry and management.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in cross-functional project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP is preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong motivation and curiosity about the beauty industry, particularly in fine fragrance.
