About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Marketing Insights & Advanced Analytics to join our Global Marketplace Insights team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving the strategic direction and optimization of our marketing initiatives through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the generation and delivery of insights to inform marketing strategy & activations, using consumer and market data, measurement and analytics techniques, and data science.
  • Drive improved marketing effectiveness and efficiency via advanced analytics tools.
  • Inform development and evaluation of advertising campaigns.
  • Lead social listening, leveraging social media tracking to inform and evaluate marketing and partnership strategies.
  • Identify improved tools and ways of working to enable increased insight and actionability.
Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in marketing insights and advanced analytics.
  • Strong understanding of media mix modeling, incrementality testing, marketing spend optimization, and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research and applications across the consumer journey.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in relevant field: Business, Psychology, Analytics.
  • Experience on the client side, ideally within FMCG or apparel industries, or as a consultant with a strong Insights organization.
