Job Title: Sales Manager

At Wild Palms, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present effective proposals to customers to secure new business.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing customer accounts to ensure continued business and growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and catering team to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 13 years of hotel sales or comparable experience.
  • Skills: Refined verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in general computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Training: Prefer completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training.
