Patient Access Service Representative Lead

We are seeking a skilled Patient Access Service Representative to join our team at Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences for front of house/patient facing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively greet patients and visitors, creating a helpful, positive, welcoming, and friendly patient experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient access to medical services.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of hospital policies, procedures, and services to effectively communicate with patients and families.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a patient-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
