Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the fitness industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing member satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and development skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, staff, and stakeholders.
  • CPR/AED certification and a valid driver's license.
