About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Landscape Designer to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the design process for a variety of projects, including parks, residential communities, commercial properties, and public spaces.

Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative design concepts that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and planners to integrate landscape designs into overall project plans.
  • Conduct site analyses, including the assessment of soil, vegetation, and lighting conditions.
  • Oversee the implementation of design plans to ensure adherence to design intent and specifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in landscape design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketchup, and other relevant design software.
  • Exceptional design skills, with a portfolio showcasing a wide range of projects.
  • Strong knowledge of plants, materials, and construction techniques used in landscape architecture.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey design ideas to clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
