Position SummaryThe Quality Assurance Specialist will play a crucial role in overseeing field operations, installers, and subcontractors within their designated market. This position involves frequent travel to job sites and collaboration with installers to ensure compliance with our quality standards. Some physical labor may be necessary at times. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership abilities who aspire to take on a management position within the construction sector.
In addition to conducting quality audits, you will mentor field installers to implement necessary improvements. Comprehensive training will be provided.
Essential Qualifications- Must be at least 21 years old (due to insurance regulations)
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (minimum 5 years)
- Ability to work outdoors and perform manual labor
- Willingness to learn, demonstrate respect, and maintain consistent attendance
- Capable of troubleshooting and working independently after training
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in management or leadership roles
- Availability for full-time work starting at 7:30 AM (end time varies)
- Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with optional weekend work available
