The compensation for Industrial Machinery Assemblers ranges from $20 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. We are open to discussing higher pay for candidates with exceptional skills and experience. Overtime is compensated at premium rates for hours worked beyond 40 in a week. Our benefits package includes extensive Medical, Dental, Vision coverage, Paid Holidays, generous Paid Time Off, a 401k plan with matching contributions, and more.

Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in machinery assembly, including high-precision prototypes, specialty builds, robotics, automation, conveyors, and CNC operations.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and assemble components with precision, familiarity with CAD systems is a plus.
  • Strong mathematical skills and proficiency in using measuring tools for accurate alignment and fitting.
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, a passion for diverse projects, and a collaborative approach.
  • Experience with shop and hand tools for fabrication and assembly; machining experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Successful completion of standard pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug testing.
