As a Senior Solutions Engineer at HashiCorp, you will engage throughout the complete customer lifecycle, facilitating pipeline development, achieving technical victories, onboarding processes, product utilization, and contract renewals.   • Acting as a trusted advisor to designated accounts, technical teams, and business stakeholders during both pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Demonstrating exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to sway decisions through impactful presentations, demonstrations, technical interactions, and workshops.
  • Comprehending the customer's journey from their existing situation to their desired future state by crafting a technical and business-oriented solution that promotes adoption and growth following the initial sale and throughout the product portfolio.
  • Validating the business value of HashiCorp products in addressing customer challenges and enhancing their return on investment.
  • Regularly participating in post-sales activities such as customer quarterly business reviews, cadence calls, hosting customer office hours, monitoring usage, and delivering roadmap sessions with minimal assistance.
  • Aiming to foster expansion within current product lines as well as the adoption of additional offerings.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architecture Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Product Management, and Engineering, to ensure success throughout the customer journey.
  • Providing expert guidance on DevOps principles, with strong competencies in infrastructure architecture, cloud computing, IT operations, security, and development technologies and processes.
  • Establishing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the overall HashiCorp technology suite and the competitive landscape.

  • Expertise in grasping concepts and technologies related to DevOps, IT operations, security, cloud, microservices, containers, and scheduling platforms.
  • Familiarity and experience with existing HashiCorp tools such as Vagrant, Packer, Terraform, Consul, Nomad, Vault, and others.
  • Experience in implementing software products or solutions for large and dynamic enterprise organizations.
  • A proven track record of thriving in a highly dynamic team environment that prioritizes delivering above-industry-standard customer service.
  • The willingness to travel as necessary, with domestic and occasional international travel required, varying by team (approximately 20-40%).
