Insurance Agent Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Agent to join our team at Allied Insurance Managers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to billing, policy changes, coverage, and insurance claims.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information within insurance company databases to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Modify insurance coverage as needed, assessing accuracy, coverage, and limits.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to identify and secure new clients.
  • Provide tailored policy options, quotes, and educational materials to clients.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of insurance policies and coverage offerings.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the insurance industry.
  • Valid Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
