  • Directs the planning, execution, and assessment of complex programs/projects, often comprising interrelated subprograms.
  • Manages fiscal, operational, and human resource aspects of the program while seeking external funding opportunities.
  • Provides leadership and oversight for all contract-related activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensures compliance with Service Contract Reporting regulations.
  • Participates in project initiation meetings to address technical and management issues.
  • Administers the Program Management Plan to regulate staffing, timelines, and operational procedures.
  • Delivers Monthly Status Reports to communicate contract performance.
  • Engages in Quarterly Status Meetings with key stakeholders to discuss contract progress and address any challenges.
  • Manages contract personnel and monitors performance metrics.
  • Oversees travel arrangements and ensures compliance with guidelines.
  • Facilitates knowledge transfer and transition processes at the beginning and end of contracts.
  • Provides administrative support across all Program Management functions.
  • Assists in the preparation of reports and project documentation.
  • Maintains project communication and operational tools.
  • Coordinates Video Teleconferences related to project tasks.
  • Conducts daily security checks and maintains necessary documentation.
  • Oversees surge support initiatives in cybersecurity, ensuring compliance and readiness.
  • Delivers quality services in accordance with the Quality Control Plan, implementing standardized monitoring procedures.
  • Encourages continuous improvement in processes related to inspections and customer feedback.
