Skills and Qualifications:
- Over 15 years of experience in Banking, Wealth Management, or Fintech.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in business correspondence and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure while managing time-sensitive tasks.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Suite and other software programs; knowledge of RingCentral is advantageous.
- Understanding of the banking industry and relevant regulatory bodies.
