About the Role:

Milk & Honey Cafe is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth and successful operation of our upscale dining establishment. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cafe's operations, including staff management, customer service, quality control, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to all cafe staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and uphold our commitment to culinary excellence.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance the cafe's profitability, growth, and reputation.
  • Manage financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in upscale dining.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of fostering a positive work culture.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
