Position Summary

The primary objective of this role is to implement brand strategies and tactics in the field, ensuring effective management of the designated territory and targeted accounts. The representative will foster robust customer relationships and address customer needs to optimize both short-term and long-term sales outcomes, with a patient-centric approach while adhering to the company's ethical standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets, brand KPIs, and financial goals to meet or surpass established objectives.
  • Develop pre-call strategies using SMART criteria and conduct post-call assessments to enhance sales effectiveness. Address objections and concerns effectively to facilitate successful sales outcomes.
  • Continuously strive to meet customer needs and expectations, cultivating trusted relationships to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Design and implement a call strategy that meets established metrics, optimizing customer coverage and frequency to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Enhance understanding of customer requirements, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and product knowledge, sharing insights with team members to align strategies and adapt to changes.
  • Articulate the unique value proposition of the company to healthcare providers and identify key opinion leaders to enhance brand performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated leadership success and strong presentation capabilities.
  • Solid business acumen with proficiency in business tools; strategic and critical thinking skills are essential.
  • Ability to quickly adapt selling techniques based on customer behavior and preferences.
  • Effective operation within a matrix organizational structure.
  • Preferred: Proven success in sales within relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Preferred: Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including physician/account-based selling, training, or marketing.
  • Preferred: In-depth knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, and competitive landscapes, recognized as a resource by stakeholders.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, for non-English speaking regions.
Key Stakeholders:

External: Healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and pharmacists. Internal: District Sales Managers, field team members, brand stakeholders, and management.
